Fred Babbitt, P.E.

Fred Babbitt has extensive experience working with Planning, Zoning, Building, Engineering, and Public Works departments of cities and counties. He has played a significant role in the development of the Inland Empire during periods of unprecedented growth. Fred’s direct management responsibilities have included site development studies, grading plans, sewer system designs, water system/distribution designs, and various commercial developments. 

He has also authored comprehensive reports on flood control, hydrology, proposed land use regulations, traffic, and noise.
