Randy Frankie is a seasoned Project Manager and Staff Engineer with 35 years of experience in land development, traffic engineering, and accident investigation/reconstruction. As a vital member of Expert Engineering Sciences, Inc., Randy’s extensive knowledge and hands-on experience have been instrumental in the success of numerous projects across Southern California.
Professional Background
Randy Frankie has a lifetime of experience with AutoCAD® and Bentley® design software, assisting engineers in the design of numerous developments in the Southern California region. His expertise includes reviewing plans, conducting engineering studies, and performing QA/QC on a wide range of projects.
Familiar with standards and guidelines from AASHTO, Caltrans, and ITE, Randy has worked closely with local agency personnel to guide land development projects from preliminary tentative maps through the issuance of certificates of occupancy.
