Tom Wagner, L.S.I.T.

Tom Wagner has performed a variety of land development surveying tasks, including topographic surveys for design and construction, layout staking for buildings, pipelines, and roadways, pad certifications, lot corner staking, property boundary surveys, grade staking, lot subdivisions and merges, and ALTA Surveys. In addition to completing hundreds of land surveying projects, Tom has investigated over 2,000 traffic accident sites, becoming an expert in the identification and preservation of evidence from vehicle and pedestrian collisions. 

His skills include determining the limits of available sight distance in accordance with Caltrans, AASHTO, and local agency standards, conducting traffic signal studies, performing traffic counts, radar speed surveys, and managing other traffic-safety-related field projects.
